REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
IF GOODS ARE FAULTY | |
If goods are faulty, then a full refund (including postage) will be given. Faults should be reported as soon as possible after receipt of order and be returned within 30 days. | |
IF GOODS ORDERED ARE NOT AVAILABLE | |
If the goods you order are not immediately available, you will be informed when the order is placed of any items that are not available and whether or not they can be back-ordered. No substitute will be sent unless by prior agreement. Under no circumstances will any customer be sent goods which were not ordered. | |
DELIVERY TIMES | |
In most cases, we aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving payment (this may be longer if payment is made by cheque). However, please note that we do have up to 30 days from receipt of order to deliver the goods. If delivery times should differ from above, it must be with the agreement of both ourselves and the customer. | |
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL | |
You have the right to cancel your order (for any reason) within 7 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this option, you must inform us in writing (letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of order. If not faulty, goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent out and with any seals still intact. If you use this option to cancel for non faulty items, you will be responsible for the postage of returning the item. | |
